We are looking for a person who is a passionate HR Manager & Administrator, who will be in charge of managing the company’s human resource needs as well as general administration tasks.


  • Manage and optimise processes related to the employment of staff (e.g. contracts, social security, etc.)
  • Manage and optimise the onboarding of new staff
  • Oversee and support team leaders with compensation and benefits
  • Manage & communicate company guidelines to staff
  • Provide conflict resolution in staff matters
  • Track, report and support team leaders with processing staff absences, holidays & sickdays using the company tools
  • Oversee personal development process (training & education) and support team leaders with staff performance reviews
  • Oversee the company’s recruitment efforts
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with local legislation
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Report to management

- if you are a person that will fit our team instantly and start working from the first day with little to no time needed to gain knowledge can we offer up to 15.000 PLN (net B2B) with a possibility to negotiate.

On standard employment contract net salaries are offered lower as taxes and related costs are handled by the company.



  • 3+ years working in Human Resources
  • 1+ years working as Manager
  • Intimate knowledge of human resources regulations in Poland
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Excellent communicator in Polish & English
  • Personable, approachable & empathetic
  • Reliable, organised and diligent


  • Basic understanding of technology driving cloud gaming
  • Knowledge of Games and Cloud Gaming Market
  • Development background & knowledge
  • Other languages, in particular German
  • Being a gamer yourself
